LanProfessional
passive products 1 year product warranty will
warrant that all LanProfessional products will
be free from ANY defects in material for a period
of 1 year from the original date invoice.
LanProfessional certified-15 warranty means
that each module, patch panel and RJ45 jacks
installed in a system using only standard CAT.5e/6/7
cable as defined in ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-a Category
5e/6/7 (enhanced)(ratified), and identified
as category 5e/6/7 (enhanced) products in LanProfessional
associated product shall meet the attenuation-Crosstalk
Ratio (ACR), Attenuation, Impedance and Near-End
Crosstalk specification for a period of 15-years.
Those installations must be performed and certified
by a CAT.5e/6/7 Networks approved and trained
installer (integrator/channel/corporation),
using a fluke DSP-4100 tester, omniscanner,
or similar equipment.
Above warranty does not extend to products which
have been subjected to neglect, accident, improper
use, improper installation or improper store
which can diminish performance below CAT.5e/6/7
limits. This warranty does not cover damages
from lighting, flooding, weather, riots, and/or
electrical forces that exceed their standard
range. Liability under this warranty will not
exceed the purchase price of the products.
ACTIVE PRODUCTS:
LanProfessional
active products basic 3 year product warranty
will warrant that all LanProfessional active
products will be free from ANY defects in material
for a period of 3 years from the original date
invoice. It will cover Switches (Basic and Advanced
models) , Hubs, and Wireless Systems (SOHO and
Enterprise) .
This
warranty does not cover damages from lighting,
flooding, weather, riots, and/or electrical
forces that exceed their standard operational
range. Liability under this warranty will not
exceed the purchase price of the products.
Also,
the final user should provide continuous, and
surge free electrical power to the equipments.
If any doubts on the quality of the power service
at your location, we strongly suggest the installation
of a UPS with AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator)
as well as spike/surge arresters. Also, Antennas
without spark/surge arresters has not warranty
at all.
LanPro offers a suitable surge arrester for
external antennas at very low price.
Wireless accessories (cables, antennas, adapters
, etc) , because the nature of their use, have
only 12 months warranty.

a period of one year (1 year) , LanProfessional
will change ANY product without hesitation.
No
hassles , No questions will be asked.
We
will change it for another similar equipment.
We feel confident enough in our quality and
performance to make such an offer to our customers.
Please note that warranties are not transferable.
Customers
must return the product to a distributor with
legible copy of the invoice. The returned product
must contain all components of the product originally
shipped to the customer. No questions asked
policy may not apply to all countries. Please

obtain Return instrucctions as well as RMA documentation
prior to ship defective products in warranty
period from our RMA Department. Please obtain
RMA authorization first .. !! Distributors are
